2020 INFLOW AND INFILTRATION INSPECTION/REPAIR PROJECT
Bernville Borough (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
2020 Inflow and Infiltration Inspection/Repair Project
Entech No. 4186.018
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of Entech Engineering, Inc. located at 201 Penn Street, Suite 300, Reading, PA 19601 (1st class mailing address is PO Box 32, Reading, PA 19603) until Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 11:00 AM local time. The bids will be opened privately, but will be conducted via a teleconference meeting. Contractors are welcome to join the teleconference via computer, mobile device, or by dialing-in per the information on the Borough’s website (https://bernvilleborough.org/wp/). A bid summary will also be posted on the Bernville Borough Website after bids are initially reviewed.
The Project includes the following Work:
The project consists of, but is not limited to, cleaning, televising, and testing of sewer mains, laterals, and manholes within the project area, condition reports for mains, laterals, and manholes including recommended repairs, and repairing mains, laterals, and manholes on an as required or as approved basis, all within Bernville Borough, Berks County, PA. The extent of work is described in the Contract Documents, Drawings, and Specifications.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents

Bidders may obtain bidding documents electronically. Bidders shall contact Mary Wyniawskyj at email@example.com if interested in obtaining these bidding documents. Access to the electronic set of bidding documents can be obtained for a non-refundable charge of $25.00.
A pre-bid conference will not be held.

For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, bid security, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
The Bernville Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
Except as otherwise provided by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for sixty (60) days after the Bid Due Date, unless the contract award is delayed by a required approval of another government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which case the Bids shall remain open to acceptance and shall be irrevocable for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the Bid Due Date.
