In keeping with the tradition, in Bernville, of honoring the men and women who died while serving our great country, we will once again be having a Memorial Day parade on Monday, May 27th, 2019.
However, this year we are asking for your help in preserving the legacy of this event by helping us grow. We are looking to once again bring back the tractors and horses (and add new ideas as well). If you happen to be able to help with this, your talent would be greatly appreciated. Please contact Shawn at 570.573.5677 or email@example.com
The parade will lineup at Penn-Bernville Elementary at 1 p.m., and start down Main Street at 2 p.m. ending with a Memorial service in Umbenhauer Park.
A special thanks to Mister Softee who will be on Main Street prior to the parade.
Also, a great dept of gratitude goes out to our Master of Ceremonies, Henry Breidegan, along with his wife, Sue, for their tireless efforts in helping make this event possible.
The Memorial Day Parade is funded by the community, donation checks can be made payable to The Bernville Parade Committee and mailed to P.O. Box 40; Bernville PA 19506.
