Paying Borough Bills
Water, Sewer & Trash bills are payable at Borough Hall (check/money order/credit card), over the phone (credit card) or via the borough's e-commerce site (credit card/ACH) at the link below. Please use the secure drop-box, located at the front of Borough Hall, when the office is closed.
Customers will now have one account number (water account #) and are able to view all utilities with the one account number.
Products and Service Available for Payment:
You can make quarterly water and sewer payments along with annual trash bills using our e*commerce site. The amount of the purchase of water and sewer will vary based on your usage and trash will be at the published annual rate established by Borough Council.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Given the nature of the services you are paying for, we do not generally offer a refund on a purchase unless required under relevant consumer protect laws. If you would like to request a refund or credit on a purchase, you should contact us at the below listed contact us. We do not issue refunds for utilities once the order is confirmed and payment has been processed. In the event of an over-payment a credit will be issued and applied to your account. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues.
